Your right to terminate your account

You may terminate your SafeLineCare account at any time using the in-product Delete Account controls — available in the SafeMail iOS app (Account menu) or on the dashboard of this website. Termination is not available while a paid subscription is active; you must cancel the subscription via Stripe's billing portal first.

On termination we immediately revoke your sign-in credential, end any active sessions on installed apps, and disable access to all SafeLineCare services. We retain the underlying account record (in a disabled state) and associated logs for the limited purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may request fully-purged erasure from support@safelinecare.com.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of a subscription period that has already been billed (subscription cancellation occurs separately, via the billing portal).
